The Challenge

ExperDose managed its data flows (audits, applications, fundraising) in a fragmented way, with a website offering limited administration and a user interface that no longer reflected its "premium" positioning. The challenge was to centralize all these functions in a single, high-performance tool.

The Solution

Creation of an all-in-one ERP system using Laravel and Livewire. On the public side, each department (IT, Digital, HR, Finance) was given a specific and optimized interface. On the admin side, I designed modular modules allowing real-time management of messages, audit requests, complex applications, and visual identity (Slider, Page Heroes) without requiring any coding.
